What is the Kelmar FWC System?
The Kelmar System is a multi-layered, totally engineered system. The Kelmar System consists of a waterproofing membrane protected by a durable wear course, offering the ultimate protection against leakage and chloride ion penetration in parking structures, stadiums, plaza decks, balconies, pedestrian bridges and walkways.
KELMAR® FWC SYSTEM is a solvent free, rapid curing, high solids flexible epoxy protective coating system. The Kelmar® FWC waterproofing system consists of a prime coat, NEO V and an abrasion resistant traffic bearing top coat which is filled with aggregate for skid resistance. An optional top coat is also available.

What is the Kelmar T.E. System?
KELMAR® T.E. SYSTEM is a rapid curing high solids epoxy protective coating system. The system consists of a prime coat, waterproof membrane and abrasion-resistant, Coal Tar Epoxy traffic-bearing wear course(s), which is filled with aggregate for skid resistance.
The KELMAR® T.E. System maintains skid resistance throughout a long service life and meets all requirements of ASTM C957 – Elastomeric Waterproofing Bearing Membrane.
